Xin Xie, Ph.D.

Hi, I'm Xin Xie. Welcome to my webpage.

I am currently a post-doctoral researcher in the Human Language Processing lab (PI: Florian Jaeger) in the Department of Brain and Cognitive Sciences at University of Rochester.

Previously, I obtained my Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from University of Connecticut, under the mentorship of Emily Myers and Carol Fowler. I then completed a one-year postdoctoral training in the Language and Brain Lab.

I am broadly interested in the study of human cognition. My research primarily focuses on the perceptual and cognitive processes underlying spoken language comprehension. If you want to know more about my research, read here...
